Hold

Hold at least 100,000 $PAYLOAD through one launch window and you're aboard. Tokens bought mid-window count from the next one.

Climb

Every window you hold without selling adds a level of altitude: +10% weight per level, up to 2x at escape.

Receive

Every four hours the bay delivers SPCX straight to your wallet. No staking, no claim button needed.

Sell, or move tokens out, and you re-enter: your multiplier drops to 1x and you climb from the ground. The share you give up lands on the holders who stayed.

Every $PAYLOAD trade scores for the United States

$PAYLOAD is paired with $SPCX, so its volume counts toward Team USA in King of the Markets.

Closing bell
—

When the bell rings, the 20% reserve drops to holders in a single window with altitude counted double, up to 3x.

King of the Markets rules ↗

Altitude

The sell tax lives in the reflections, not the token. Hold and you climb. Sell and you re-enter.

Altitude is how many windows in a row you've held without your balance going down. Each clean window adds one level and +10% to your weight, up to level 10 (escape, 2x).

Buying more never costs you altitude. New tokens join your counted balance at the next window, so a buy right before a window can't snipe it.

Selling is a re-entry. If your balance drops between two windows you're paid at 1x on what you kept, and your altitude falls to zero. The weight you lost is shared by everyone who stayed.

of every $PAYLOAD trade's value reaches holders as SPCX: 95% of the creator fee. The dev keeps none of it; the deployer earns only through King of the Markets launch points, like any other launcher.

Fixed splits

Fuel and bell shares are immutable, hard-capped at 10% and 50%.

No withdraw

SPCX leaves only through the split or a Merkle delivery to the holder's own wallet.

Bounded roots

A window can only commit SPCX already in the bay, and allocations only ever grow.

10-minute challenge

Each window waits before going live; a guardian can cancel a bad one.

Open math

Every window publishes its snapshot, weights and proofs. Anyone can recompute the root.

Docs and contracts

Is there a sell tax?

Not in the token. $PAYLOAD is a standard Standard Reserve launchpad token with the platform's 1% fee on buys and sells. The penalty lives in the reflections: sell between two windows and you lose your altitude multiplier, and the weight you gave up goes to holders who stayed. No transfer tax means nothing breaks in Uniswap v4 and every trade still scores for the US.

Do I need to claim?

No. The keeper pushes SPCX to every wallet owed at least about $0.30 each window. Smaller amounts keep accumulating until they're worth sending. You can also claim yourself any time from My orbit.

When do I start receiving?

Hold at least 100,000 $PAYLOAD through one launch window. Windows run every four hours; the first window after you buy boards you, the next one pays you.

What's the closing bell drop?

Until King of the Markets ends, 20% of every harvest is locked in the bay. It can't be touched before the closing bell. After the bell anyone can release it, and it goes out in one window where altitude counts double: an escape-level holder is weighted 3x.

Can the dev take the SPCX?

The bay has no function that sends SPCX anywhere except the fixed fuel share and Merkle deliveries to the account in each leaf. A window can only commit SPCX already in the pool, and the total ever paid can't exceed what the live root committed. The keeper computes weights off-chain from one block, publishes the inputs, and every root waits 10 minutes, during which the guardian can cancel it.

What is SPCX?

Robinhood's SpaceX stock token on Robinhood Chain, an ERC-20 issued by Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited that tracks SpaceX shares. It's tokenized exposure, not a share, and the issuer's terms apply. Holding $PAYLOAD gives you no claim on SpaceX or on SPCX beyond what the bay delivers.

Which wallets don't count?

The Uniswap v4 PoolManager (it holds the pool's liquidity), the launch curve and hook contracts, the bay itself and burn addresses. Every window file lists the exclusions it used.
